Pamela Gordon Walker was born in Seoul, Korea as Yang, Chong Suk. 
She was adopted when she was four years old by Lois and Byron Gordon of Columbia, SC, along with their birth daughter Trish. 
She grew up in the Columbia area and graduated from the
University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.
Following her graduation she was employed as an artist by Carter- Miot
Engineering and The State Paper Company.  Shortly following the birth of her oldest son she resigned from The State Paper Company and enjoyed
being a stay at home mom for the next fifteen years. 
Magnus, her oldest son, is a graduate of Columbia International University. 
Kedzie, the youngest, is a sophomore at the University of New Orleans. 
Pam is currently a media assistant at Chapin Middle School and a free lance artist.  She and her husband Eddie Walker, the recently retired principal of Irmo High School, live in Lexington, SC.  They share their home with Jerry the dog and Bugsy the cat.  Pam enjoys gardening, drawing/painting, reading and going to the beach. 
She feels very blessed to have a loving and supportive family.
